Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
