Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Timber Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
