Recruiter - interview scheduling (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
