Recruiter - interview scheduling (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
