Recruiter - interview scheduling (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Memphis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
