Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Madison focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
