Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Amber Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
