Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Madison. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
