Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
