Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Northwind Union Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
