Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Loom Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
