Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Nova Vale Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
