Recruiter - interview scheduling (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
