Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Glen Legal Group is a Louisville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
