Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Iron Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
