Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Granite Insurance is an insurance company in Louisville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
