Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Bright Umber Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Louisville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
