Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Bright Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
