Recruiter - interview scheduling (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
