Recruiter - interview scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
