Recruiter - interview scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
