Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
