Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
