Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Ivory Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 798 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
