Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Las Vegas, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
