Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Telecom Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
