Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Umber Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
