Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Las Vegas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
