Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
