Recruiter - interview scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Quill Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Las Vegas across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
