Recruiter - interview scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Union Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
