Recruiter - interview scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Knoxville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
