Recruiter - interview scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
