Recruiter - interview scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Mill Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
