Recruiter - interview scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Knoxville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
