Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
