Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
