Recruiter - interview scheduling (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
