Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Timber Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
