Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
