Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
