Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Yarrow Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
