Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Willow Property Management Group is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
