Recruiter - interview scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
