Recruiter - interview scheduling (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Forge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
