Recruiter - interview scheduling (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 269 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
