Recruiter - interview scheduling (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood North Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
