Recruiter - interview scheduling (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
