Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Cedar Technologies is a Houston charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
