Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Iron Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Houston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
